SHIPPING POLICY:
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Domestic U.S shipping is first class after fulfillment.
- 2-7 day processing period
- 6-10 business day shipping time
International Shipping
International shipping is first class after fulfillment.
- 2-8 day processing period
- 6-15 business day shipping time
The gear is worth the wait, all you international customers.
Note: Customs in some countries may take longer times with packages. When customs holds a package the retailer is not responsible for the delay.
RETURN POLICY:
Only items that are not damaged are eligible for a return.
No exchanges are eligible for return. All sales are FINAL.
If it has over 10 days since confirmed delivery, please contact info@noirinc.co before returning your item.
*Please include your order number.
For a return, only the following will be accepted:
1. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. The receipt with order number for proof of purchase.
Once the returned item has fulfilled all requirements - a confirmation email will be sent to the customer notify that the return was received.
If return is approved, a replacement of exact product will be sent.
Note: Customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
"I think my package was delivered to the wrong address?"
If the customer:
- provided the wrong address
- provided a lack of information in the mailing address
NOIR INC. is not responsible for the lost package.
If the tracking number shows the package was delivered to the address initially provided - we are not responsible for any further actions.
Please double check to make sure your information is correct.
"I would like to cancel my order, but I've already received my email confirmation?"
If you would like to cancel an order BEFORE it has been shipped, the customer must email info@noirinc.co immediately. If the order has already been shipped, then the request of cancelation will be denied.
"I received my package, but it was damaged before I got it?"
If the customer received a package that was damaged in transit, please contact info@noirinc.co immediately. NOIR INC. is not responsible for items damaged in transit, but can accommodate this situation.

"What happens to my information?"
When a customer purchases from NOIR INC., we collect the personal information given such as name, address and email address from the check-out process.
NOIR INC. operates under Shopify, please feel free to check out Shopify's Private Policy here.
"How do I consent to this happening?"
When a customer provides personal information in order to:
- to complete a transaction
- verify your credit card
- place an order
- arrange for a delivery or return a purchase
It is implied that the customer consents to the collection of personal info, trusting NOIR INC. to use such for it's reason.
"How do I withdraw my consent?"
If a customer changes their mind, he/she may withdraw consent at anytime, by contacting info@noirinc.co
"Will you ever disclose my information?"
NOIR INC. may disclose your personal information if required by law to do so.
